Job Description
Seeking a Cloud Reliability Engineer to join the Reliability Engineering team supporting the Customer Experience Platform. This role will focus on designing and implementing scalable, highly available cloud solutions that standardize enterprise cloud environments and accelerate development velocity through reusable architectures and services. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AWS, DevOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Contact Center technologies, and Voice Bot platforms, enabling seamless customer engagement experiences while ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Python scripts for data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and loading
- Analyze source system data structures and map data to target system requirements
- Build automated validation and reconciliation processes to ensure data integrity
- Troubleshoot data quality issues, exceptions, and conversion errors
- Optimize batch processing jobs for performance and scalability
- Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to validate converted data
- Support mock conversions, testing cycles, and final production cutover activities
- Create technical documentation for conversion logic, mapping rules, and support procedures
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide regular project status updates
Required Qualifications
✅ 3+ years of professional Python development experience
✅ Strong experience with data conversion, migration, ETL, or integration projects
✅ Advanced SQL skills and experience working with relational databases
✅ Experience handling large datasets and batch processing
✅ Strong understanding of data mapping, transformation logic, and data reconciliation
✅ Experience working with CSV, JSON, XML, APIs, and flat-file integrations
✅ Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred Qualifications
⭐ Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
⭐ Experience with Pandas, NumPy, PySpark, or ETL frameworks
⭐ Familiarity with ERP, Finance, Media, or Enterprise platforms
⭐ Experience supporting enterprise system implementations such as SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce
⭐ Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and version control tools such as Git
⭐ Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
