Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with operational teams to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions
• Develop complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources
• Identify trends, patterns, and key insights to understand business performance drivers
• Validate data outputs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity
• Produce actionable reports and recommendations to support business decision-making
• Analyze operational metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting requirements
• Present analytical findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences

Required Qualifications

✅ 3+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, Information Science, or a related quantitative field

✅ Strong SQL skills including joins, aggregations, subqueries, CTEs, timestamps, and data transformation

✅ Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

✅ Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources

✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

✅ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint

✅ Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

✅ Experience validating data and ensuring data quality and integrity

Preferred Qualifications

⭐ Previous experience in analytics, reporting, or business intelligence environments

⭐ Experience with Power BI or Tableau

⭐ Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis and automation

⭐ Experience managing operational improvement or process optimization initiatives

⭐ Experience creating executive-level dashboards and performance reports

⭐ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Science, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field
